…is the smallest dzongkhag but its arable land reaches as high as 45% of its total area, which is the highest percentage across the country. However, lack of proper irrigation system restricts the production of rice. Therefore, people rely on rather livestock farming and weaving. At the moment, no foreign tourist is allowed to enter this area.
